Welcome to Implementist. These terms are a contract between you and Implementist ("we", "us") covering this website, our newsletter, and our digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. We kept the language plain on purpose.

1. What we provide

Implementist publishes educational content: articles, book summaries, newsletters, and paid digital products such as courses, templates, and guides. Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing we publish is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Your license to our products

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. That means:

• It is for you. One buyer, one license.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish it anywhere.
• You may not upload it to file-sharing sites, group buys, Telegram channels, or "free download" collections.
• You may not copy substantial parts of it into your own products, free or paid.

We actively pursue piracy of our products. Violating this license ends it immediately, without refund, and may expose you to legal claims.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers — we never see or store your card details. All sales are final: see ourRefund Policy for the full explanation and the delivery-issue exceptions we do handle.

4. Our content and trademarks

Everything on this site — text, design, illustrations, the Implementist name and pyramid mark — belongs to us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. You may not scrape, republish, or use our content to train commercial products without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or bypass security on this site.
• Do not impersonate Implementist or claim affiliation you do not have.
• Do not use our content or products for anything unlawful.

6. Third-party services

Our newsletter runs on Substack, and links on this site may lead to third-party sites. Their terms and privacy policies govern what happens there. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. No guarantees of results

We teach what works, but your results depend on your action. We make no promises of income, growth, or specific outcomes. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Implementist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The "Last updated" date above always shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
