Since all of our offerings are digital in nature and instantly accessible after purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

2. Digital Products and Courses

All Implementist products — including eBooks, templates, Notion systems, courses, and digital downloads — are delivered immediately upon payment.
Once access is granted or the product is downloaded, we cannot revoke access, and therefore refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Please ensure you review all product details, previews, or sales page information carefully before making a purchase.

3. Skool Communities and Memberships

If you purchase access to an Implementist community, program, or membership, please note:

• Access is granted instantly upon payment.
• Since content, systems, and bonuses are immediately available, refunds are not applicable.
• You may cancel future renewals (if applicable) before the next billing cycle, but no past payments will be refunded.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• You were charged multiple times for the same product.
• You were unable to access the product after purchase due to a verified technical issue from our side (not caused by incorrect email input or internet issues).

If any of these apply, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at win@implementist.com with your payment receipt and details.

Each request will be reviewed manually, and resolution will be provided within 7 business days.
