DMCA policy.

Implementist respects intellectual property — ours and everyone else's. This page covers both directions: how to report content on our site, and what we do when our digital products are pirated.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
3. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material.

2. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to the jurisdiction of your federal district court. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

3. Misrepresentation

Knowingly filing a false infringement claim is itself unlawful under Section 512(f). Do not use DMCA notices to attack criticism or competition.

4. Piracy of our products

Our digital products are our livelihood, and they are highly susceptible to piracy — which is exactly why all sales are final. We actively monitor file-sharing sites, "group buy" services, and resale channels. When we find our products distributed without a license, we:

• File DMCA takedowns with the hosting provider, search engines, and payment processors involved.
• Terminate the license of the buyer whose copy was shared, without refund.
• Pursue further legal remedies where the scale warrants it.

5. Repeat infringers
