Make offers so good people feel stupid saying no.
$100M Offers in 5 minutes: the value equation, and how to package what you sell so price stops being the problem.

Book: $100M Offers — Alex Hormozi
TL;DR — Stop competing on price. Build a Grand Slam Offer: stack value, remove risk, add urgency, and charge more. The offer does the selling.
The big idea
Most businesses do not have a traffic problem. They have an offer problem.
A commodity offer forces you to compete on price. A Grand Slam Offer makes you the only choice. Same product. Different packaging. Wildly different profit.
The value equation
Value is not what it costs you. It is what the customer feels. Four levers:
- Dream outcome — how big is the result they want? Make it vivid.
- Perceived likelihood — do they believe it will work for them? Proof raises it.
- Time delay — how long until results? Shorter is worth more.
- Effort and sacrifice — how hard is it? Easier is worth more.
Push the top two up. Push the bottom two down. Price becomes an afterthought.
Charge more, not less
Cutting price is the lazy move. It kills your margin, your service, and the customer’s belief in the result.
Premium price does the opposite. Clients pay more, so they commit more, so they get better results, so you get better proof. The flywheel spins up, not down.
Build the stack
Do not sell one thing. Solve every problem standing between the customer and the result.
List every obstacle. Turn each one into a piece of the offer: a tool, a template, a check-in, a guarantee. Name each piece. Price each piece. Stack them. Now the offer feels 10x the price you ask.
Then remove the risk. A bold guarantee flips the fear: “If it does not work, you lose nothing.” Add honest scarcity and a deadline, because offers without urgency die in the “later” pile.
Your next action
- Write your customer’s dream outcome in one sentence.
- List the top 5 obstacles between them and it.
- Create one piece of your offer for each obstacle.
- Add a guarantee that removes the risk.
- Raise your price. Yes, really.
You are one offer away. Build it.
Do not just read it. Implement it.
